Product Description

1, The Countersink with depth stop is designed for countersinking, offering practicality and convenience. The depth of the countersink can be adjusted to meet specific needs, and the cutter head can be swiftly changed to enhance work efficiency. Ideal for use with wood, fibreboard, chipboard, plywood, and more.

2, The cutterhead can be easily changed as needed. This facilitates quick changeover, saving valuable time and increasing work efficiency.

3, This countersink drill bits with HSS pilot drills to meet a variety of drilling needs, making it ideal for woodworking.

4, This product has hexagonal screw fixing slots to adjust the depth as needed and countersink holes more accurately. The depth stop can be easily set with the included wrench, and the free rotating plastic collar effectively reduces surface damage.

5,The pilot drills are made of HSS, which is hard, rust resistant and heat resistant for fast cutting. The cutter head can be quickly changed as needed. After the bit is countersunk, it can be directly converted into a batch head to screw in screws, convenient and quick.

6, Countersinking bits are suitable for use on a variety of materials including natural wood, particle board, plywood, MDF, decorative panels, drywall and plastics. For best results, countersinks should be operated at a slow speed of approximately 200 RPM to ensure smooth edges.

7, 4 Cross HSS cutter blades tipped with countersink for smoother and easier and faster wood chamfering work to get the perfect inner section wall of the wood hole.
